Painting: If a girl wants to be a legend..

Since I have yet to find a job here (but still hopeful), I have finally been able to paint again.

The first painting was just something really simple I did to get used to having a paintbrush in my hand again.

This painting was inspired by the quote:

"I figure if a girl wants to be a legend, she should just go ahead

and be one." - Calamity Jane

 (Posting 2 pics of it since the color didn't come out in the first and there is a glare in the second.)

I then used the paint colors to make a sign for the driveway (sorry for the glare).

I'll have to take a picture of the actual driveway for a blog post as the steep hill kills me after runs.

I've already started other paintings so I'll post more soon!
